• Michael Levitt is electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in power distribution systems design.
• Michael specializes power system analysis and serves as engineer-of-record for ongoing LPGE projects.   
• In addition to engineering, Michael has a wealth of knowledge in power reliability, facilities operations, and constructability of large scale electrical projects.
• In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, rowing, and international travel.

• Melvin Lacia has been with LPGE team since 2017.   
• Melvin has been a valuable member of our team, leading our successful project efforts, earning praise from company clients and employees alike.  
• He is bringing a wealth of knowledge of the building standards, best practices, and project design management. 
• In his spare time, Melvin perfects his skills on a pickleball court and in the crossfit gym.

• Kate has been with LPGE team since 2012.   
• She specializes in design and engineering of life science, commercial, and mixed-use multi-family projects.  
• In addition, she is responsible for peer review with a focus on code compliance.   
• With more than 25 years of engineering experience in construction industry, Kate shares her knowldege with the LPGE team.  In her spare time, Kate enjoys international travel with her family and studies foreign languages.

• Ken has been with LPGE team since 2017.   
• He has been a valuable member of our team, leading project team of talented engineers,  demonstrating leadership and engineering acumen.  
• Ken is specializing in engineering and constructability of electrical projects for R&D, instututional, and mixed use high rise buildings.   
• In his spare time, he enjoys playing chess and biking.

• Sergei has been with LPGE team since 2016.   
• He has been leading our team Revit workflow technologies implementation and standartization.  
• With more than 20 years of engineering experience and Autodesk Community leadership,  Sergei brings a wealth of knowledge with regards to implementation of the new software technogies and best practices to LPGE engineering standards and workflow, which he shares with our growing team.    
• In his spare time, he is a dedicated father to his three kids and is busy restoring classic cars.

• Natalie Stanik has been with LPGE team since 2018.   
• She has been managing our team workflow  and is responsible for IT technologies software  implementation and standartization.  
• With more than 25 years of project management experience in the government, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge with regards to implementation of the new software technogies and best practices to LPGE engineering standards and workflow for gvernment and instituional projects.  
• In her spare time, she enjoys travel and studies international cusine.

• Natasha Levitt has been with LPGE since 2005 managing our team administrative processes, project accounting, human resources, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. 
• With more than 25 years of experience in this field, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and intelligence in LPGE organizational structure, which has been a foundaion for our success.
• In her spare time, she enjoys international travel, pilates workouts workouts, and is an expert in nutrition and healthy diets.
