LPGE has designed power distribution for more than 10M square feet of commercial facilities. Projects have spanned retail, offices, restaurants, malls, parking lots and structures, as well as roadways. Scope of work has included energy solutions, ie. Solar PV, solar batteries, Micro-grids, electrical vehicle (EVCS) infrastructure for up to 100% of parking spaces allocated to EVCS.

Provisions for 10 MW Solar PV Carport System and EVCS infrastructure for 300 EVs. The project included Medium Voltage campus style distribution, power and lighting power distribution, as well future power capacity planning and provisioning.

Development of site infrastructure for parking, street driveways, walking promenade, as well as Core & Shell infrastructure for 60 shops, 20 restaurants, 20 office spaces, 15 service businesses, and grocery store.

FIELD DISTRICT STREET OFFICE TOWER DALLAS, TEXAS

725,000 sq.ft. 30-story office tower with food, retail, 20 levels of office space, parking with provisions for EVCS infrastructure, indoor/outdoor amenities, generator, and UPS distribution systems. The project included Short Circuit, Arch Flash, and Protective device coordination studies. Furthermore, the project required Oncor Utility Power Coordination of (4) Utility Co. services and BIM Coordination.
