LPGE has provided electrical engineering and design for numerous educational campuses and buildings.
Scope of work included dry utilities master plans, central plant Infrastructure retrofit projects, and Design-Build projects for campus buildings, parking lots and roadways. Furthermore, all projects have required execution of RFP requirements, plan check-and-response with the AHJ, and coordination with end user groups.
SFSU LIBRARY/TECHNOLOGY CENTER SAN FRANCISCO, CA
This seven-stories-high 495,000 sq.ft. project included campus 12kv loop extension, standby generator, inverter, and ups system for the campus technology center and Sutro Library. This project was awarded DBIA project of the year award.

Pierce Community College Utilities Master Plan and Utilities Infrastructure Upgrade. The project included new LADWP Substation and medium voltage/telecommunications site underground distribution loop to support Campus Proposition “A” construction.
MARINE LABORATORY, Cal Poly university, San Luis Obispo
Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo Marine Laboratory; This project provided electrical infrastructure for the new Marine Laboratory constructed in the harsh marine environment.

Department of Energy - UC Berkeley Lawrence National Laboratory Advanced Light Lab Bldg. This 30,000 sq.ft. R&D facility provided Lab facilities for Department of Energy on UC Berkeley Campus. The project included new core and shell, campus 12 kv service, generator backup, and complete power/lighting/IT/AV/Security TI.
